tutorial episode.... what would you like me to do?

Hi Everyone

I have been thinking about this for a wee while and can't decide what you would benefit most from...

So, you tell me...

What lil online tutorial would you like me to do for you? 

It has to be a quick'ish one...(few minutes) and a clean one! lol

Give me some ideas and when I get back from my jolly holidays at the end of the month, I will see what's been suggested and try and get one sorted and posted on the blog for you :o)

Monday is my day off.... isn't it?

Good Morning Everyone

Well, Mondays are my day off...apparently, lol, but today I am sticking to my plans of getting in front (as much as I can) with work, so I am off now to do my projects for Docrafts Creativity Magazine and, if I get time after that, I am making a start on samples for a special Create & Craft show that will be coming in a few weeks time...will tell you more about that when I am allowed to ;o)

Create & Craft.....

Good Morning Everyone...

What a beautiful morning it is here! The sun is shining and the birds are singing, wonderful start to the day!

Anyway, just a quick message to let you all know that I am back on Create & Craft this Sunday (10th) at 12noon for a Tool Shed Show...

I will be showing you, amongst other things, a fabulous Border Punch System by Xcut.... 

You'll love it and I know you'll need one! I can't put mine down now I have it!

Anyway, just wanted to bring you up to date and hopefully I will see you (or rather you will see me lol) on Sunday!

Clarity 'Flower' Card

Good Afternoon Everyone

Just a quickie, as I haven't posted any photos for a few days,..

These cards are what I have done at my classes last week/this week.... I love Barbara's big 'O' stamps, but instead of brayering the inside of the O, I have inked inside the O with distress Inks and added flower embellishments...

Couple of different colourways for your perusal and I have used clear embossing powder on one and kaleidescope embossing powder on the other.....

....hope you like them :o)

I'm a little teapot (well an 8x8 one really)

Hi Everyone

As promised, another photo! Two days in a row?....I'm on a roll lol

Another busy day at the shop, I have a workshop on Wednesday mornings too (yep, I do quite a few! lol)

We always have such a laugh,... can't beat a good laugh, with a good crowd whilst making cards!

Wednesdays are my short day (part timer I know) so I finish work a bit earlier, that means I have time to come home and finish off all (one or two really) the half done projects I have lying around lol

So, today, I finished my 8x8 Tilda Teapot Easel Card, some of you may have seen the Blue & Brown one I did at my Minithon last month, well this is the one I started at the Minithon, but didn't finish lol

Before anyone asks about the template, all I will say is, patience...later in the year lol ;o)

The papers I used are from Pink Petticoat... printed myself..

Tilda, is from my ever growing collection of Magnolia Stamps (please don't ask how many I have 'collected' as I'd be ashamed to tell you lol)

Anyway, I hope you like this card, it's a real labour of love as they do take a while to do... these type of cards I do when I need to relax and take time for myself.....

Bright 'Busy Bee' Kinetic Card

Hi Everyone

As promised, here is my first lil project for your perusal..

This is an A4 Kinetic Card, one of the cards I designed for the Craftathon at the shop last Sunday....

I loved working with the bright colours, after all, it is supposed to be summer now!

Been a busy day today, Tuesday always are, as I am closed on Mondays so all the regular 'Monday' phone calls  come on a Tuesday to me! I always have a workshop every Tuesday afternoon so that keeps me out of trouble (sort of lol)

Spoke to one of my colleagues about the next episodes of Docrafts Creativity we will be filming in May, we have some cracking projects lined up for that so I hope you are a member as these projects are exclusive to Creativity Club members :o)

Anyhoo, here is the lil photo for you... Hope you like it!

My first post!

Hi Everyone
Well, here we go!
This new Blog is my personal one, where I can hopefully (I stress the word hopefully!) keep you up to date with what is happening in my crafty life.
I will endeavour to pop photos on of my latest projects (will add some tomorrow!) and will be able to keep in touch with you all about any Create and Craft shows I have coming up .
I will also be able to tell you which Craft Shows I have will be visiting etc.

Well, Mondays are my day off from the shop, although I don't remember ever not crafting on a Monday!

Today I met the luvverly Steph (from Kuretake) at the shop and we had a couple of hours playing (oops I mean working!) with the Kurecolour Alcohol Pens, Zig Art & Graphic pens and all the others that she brought with her!

Now there was a reason Steph came to see me (not just to colour in lol)  and all will be revealed very soon ;o)
I'm sworn to secrecy, but promise I will tell you as soon as I can.

My new stamps (Molly Blooms) have arrived so I will be putting my new pens to good use over the coming days...watch this space for the results!

Anyhoo, I need some dinner now! So I will sign off and talk to you all tomorrow, when I will post some photos of my latest projects.
