Good Morning Everyone,
I'm overwhelmed with the comments and messages from you all, thank you so much.
Another small and reasonably quick for you today.
All the products used to create this are available on Phill's Website:-
www.honeypotcraft.co.uk
This is what I used :-
8 x 8 White Card Blank (cut to 8 x 6)
White Card Stock
Chic Grey/Blue Colour Cloud Blending Ink
Chic Grey/Blue Gilding Wax
Chic Grey/Blue Mister Spray
Sentimentally Yours Chic Floral Occasion Stamp Set
Sentimentally Yours Chic Floral Background Stamp
Sue Wilson Dies - Caribbean Collection St, Lucia
Sue Wilson Faux Quilled Blooms
Climbing Vines Embossing Folder
Silver Embossing Powder
Small Dazzlers
Pearl Corners
Glacier Ice Glitter Jewels
This is what I did:-
I cut the 8 x 8 card blank to 8 x 6 then cut the first layer of white card stock to measure 7.75 x 5.75
Next I used Grey/Blue Gilding Wax around the edges before attaching flat to the card blank.
2nd layer
white card cut to 7.5 x 5.5
then I used the Chic Floral Background stamp and Grey/Blue Colour Cloud to create the background, then attached flat to the card.
Next I cut 2 layers using white card
1st layer 4.25 x 5.25 and edged with Grey/Blue Gilding Wax
2nd layer 4 x 5 and embossed it using the embossing folder ( and inked edges with colour cloud)
Then attached to the card using pads to give dimension.
Sentiment
Using plain white card stock and the St Lucia Die I cut this out and once again edged it with Colour Cloud.
Then I used a Sentiment from the Chic Floral Occasions Sentiment Stamps and heat embossed it using Silver Shine Embossing Powder.
This was then added to the card using pads.
Flowers and Finishing Touches
Using a sheet of plain white card I sprayed it with Grey/Blue Mister Spray and cut an assortment of the flowers out, which I shaped and attached to the card.
I then added Glacier Ice Glitter Jewels to the flowers and leaves and also around the edge of the sentiment.
Finally I added the pearl corners and a small dazzler to the centre of each flower.
